This circuit board was developed for a round remote control. Coupling to the main device is
realised via a Bluetooth Low Energy connection. A round 1.28" RGB LCD display is used. Operation
is via 4 buttons. A LiPo battery provides the power supply for the remote control. The charging
circuit for the battery is integrated and a USB-C socket is used for charging.
There are 6 RGB LEDs arranged in a circle on the underside of the circuit board so that
operating statuses can be displayed visibly from afar.
To minimise the charging frequency, the display can be switched off completely. The processor
is then put into deep sleep mode, in which it hardly needs any power. It is woken up by the user
pressing a button or by a timer.
