The UCT is a small controller for on-site use in the low-voltage range, e.g. for heating and
air-conditioning controls. A TFT display with touch screen is used for visualisation and operation,
the CAN bus integrates the UCT into a control network and enables the connection of further I/Os.
This allows the UCT to be used both independently as a stand-alone controller and in combination
with a larger system.
The integrated power outputs enable the direct control of e.g. pumps or similar actuators via
solid-state relays or relays with conventional contacts. The analog inputs can be configured via
component variants and can be used, for example, for the direct connection of temperature sensors.
The real-time operating system
RTOS-UH
is standard. Programming is done in
ANSI-C,
PEARL 90 or in
IEC 61131-3.
